Self-Lubricating Plastic Sheet - Offers low friction and high wear-resistance

This plastic sheet is filled with solid lubricants, which are released when the plastic is abraded. The release of lubricants significantly decreases the coefficient of friction and improves the wear-resistance. The sheet is easy to cut to the needed geometries and you can order it from the manufacturer with adhesive backing for easy installation.

Used for:
The sheet offers a low cost option to give surfaces low-friction properties. It is used for lining sliding surfaces on assembly and packaging machinery in factories. It can also be used instead of conveyor belts for material transportation on inclined surfaces.

Details:
It is available in widths of 120 mm or 500 mm with a thickness of 0.5 mm. It is approved for food contact. The sample can withstand continuous use temperatures of 90°C, but there is also another variant that withstands 200°C.

Idea:
Use it to make a fast playground slide with a low inclination.
